Eucalyptus Essential Oil has numbers of important qualities, including anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and stimulating.

Health benefits: It is very useful in the treatment of respiratory problems, wounds, muscle pain, mental exhaustion, dental care, skin care, diabetes, fever, and intestinal germs.

FOR DILUTION : Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

FOR MASSAGE : Blend it with a carrier oil, Almond, Grapeseedor Coconut are all good choices and massage it on your body if you are looking for a cooling sensation.

AROMATHERAPY : Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the invigorating and uplifting scent of Eucalyptus. Can be particularly useful during cold and flu season.

HAIR CARE : Combine a few drops to your shampoo and help your hair grow stronger and add a natural shine to hair strands.

BATH OIL : Mix a few drops with one of our carrier oils and add to your bath to give a wonderful invigorating spa experience to your bathroom, leaving your senses awakened and your skin feeling silky and smooth.

DIY BEAUTY : Use as an ingredient in your homemade lotions, balm, creams and serums.

Cleaning : Add to 10 drops to 50ml of white vinegar in a spray bottle and use on surfaces, door handles and taps etc to reduce the spread of viruses doing cold season. Add to 20 drops or 1ml to 100ml of Organic Castile Soap #407 for a germ busting hand wash.
